Measurement Data Reporting per ASME Y14.45 Live Webinar, $424 Per Person
16-Hr Webinar - Four 4-Hr Sessions
With many different data reporting methods used in industry, a document to define what data is needed for all of the various types of GD&T specifications is long overdue. ASME Y14.45, titled "Measurement Data Reporting" has recently been released. For this 16-hour course we will cover the three data reporting "Methods" included in the Y14.45 standard, and we will cover the data reporting practices for all of the commonly used GD&T specifications. It is likely that participants will say that this course surprised them by helping to clarify the concepts behind many of the tolerance specifications defined by ASME Y14.5. Converting the concepts of the Y14.5 standard to real measurement data is a step that requires a different sort of thinking than merely understanding what the particular tolerance specification means. Standardization in the data reporting is essential to enable the clear communication that is required between inspection, design and manufacturing. All participants will be provided with a pdf file that can be printed for reference and note taking. Do you have any QUESTIONS about this course?

Advanced Applications of GD&T Live Webinar, $424 Per Person
16-Hr Webinar - Four 4-Hr Sessions
Learning GD&T thoroughly takes time and more than one training session. One or two GD&T courses, followed by a year or two of applications experience which is then followed with another GD&T class or two is a proven path for those he need to understand this language needed to manage the risk of the imperfect geometry that any manufacturing process will create. This 2-day course will play an important part in gaining competency with GD&T and it will also be very important for anyone taking the ASME GDTP exam at either the technician or senior level. All participants will be provided with a book for reference and note taking. Refreshments and lunch will be provided on both days. Do you have any QUESTIONS about this course?
